TIME:                  Workshops are 8:00AM-5:00PM (local time),
                              with two fifteen minute breaks and a one-hour
                              lunch break.  
 
LOCATION:       If you are attending a classroom event, the
                              confirmation letter with event location & directions
                              will be sent upon receipt of your payment within 2
                              weeks of the event. Please arrive by 7:45AM.
 
CLASS SIZE:      Usually, we have 25-40 people in a class. There is
                              limited classroom space so book well in advance.
 
MATERIALS:     All classroom participants receive a 
                              complementary copy of the PowerPoint presentation
                              & Resource Materials Folder, which includes broker-
                              shipper and broker-carrier contract templates. An
                              optional materials kit can be ordered by online
